Here’s what I’ve been up to since the last post.
First off, I’m working on a new game called Pox. It’s an interactive fiction sci-fi adventure set on a distant world. The game’s coming along nicely (albeit slowly). Definitely give it a look if you haven’t already.
I also did a long dive into Deluge‘s code in order to create a custom theme. Turns out it’s not nearly as simple as one may think; they use Gnome GTK for generating their themes and it isn’t very well documented. It took me a few days, but I managed to piece together a theme that I like rather nicely.
If you’re interested in getting your mittens on it, you can download it here.
Lastly, I created a game mod package in the form of the Anime Portrait Pack for Stardew Valley. It hasn’t been tested extensively but I fixed a few issues with the loose files (incorrect tile placements and names), and at least in my own game, it’s been working flawlessly. You can download the mod over on the Autus Games forum here.
…And that’s about it, really. Most of my time is spent working or trying to sleep (and failing miserably). I wish I could say that I’m making the best of my time, but I’m really not. Hopefully I can do something about that soon.
